Aaron Wittenberg
Starting in May 2005 as a regular extract brewer, Aaron upgraded to all-grain brewing just 6 months later.
Like many home brewers, Aaron has the common dream of opening a microbrewery. For now, however, he is spending his time learning as many brewing tricks as possible, understanding as much terminology, aspects of mashing, and yeast chemistry as possible.
Until he is able to open his own microbrewery, Aaron works as a Windows and Unix systems engineer and has spent the past 23 years in the realm of computers.
