Dave Knott

Dave has been a home brewer since 1992. He is a certified BJCP judge, and an officer of the Fellowship of Oklahoma Ale Makers (FOAM) home brewing club.

After spending 20 years in the IT field as certified computer geeks, he and his wife Desiree decided to spend the next 20 years doing something completely different. In 2004 they opened a homebrew store and called it High Gravity. They now work harder than they ever have before, but are enjoying nearly every minute of it.
