1930 German Brewery video
Here's a cool video I found that shows the brewing process in a German brewhouse circa 1930. The words in the diagram are in German but it looks like they're using a decoction step mash using 4 different vessels - a mash tun, a vessel to heat the decocted mash in, a lautering vessel and then a brew kettle.
