New White Labs Platinum Schedule
I was at the WL site earlier, and found the release schedule for their Platinum series of yeasts this year. Usually, they do two a month but this year, they are doing three, including a special yeast made for Kolsch type brews, although this won't out until summer time, well after we have brewed our community brew....but still good to have if you can hold on to it....they also have a Sake yeast coming towards the end of the year. I plan on putting some $$ aside to try and grab a few of these, maybe some extras too, so I can brew at a later date...
