		<description>Really! I have toyed with using Malto Goya as a starter, but I would first twist the bottle caps slightly to let it go flat over a day or two, then boil it to drive out the CO2. But you say just a few minutes in the starter jug until the bubbles go away. I will definitely want to give it a try.

Conversely, has anyone just tried pitching yeast into a large quanitiy of the stuff to see how Malto Goya ferments?</description>
