Bottle and then age ??
I started a batch of cider a week and a half ago. I'm planning on racking to secondary this week sometime, where it'll sit at least until the New Year. My question is whether I should rack to a tertiary and forget about it in a closet for ~6 months before bottling or should I bottle straight-away and then age.
I've heard that beverages typically age better and/or faster in bulk than in bottles. Does this hold true with cider?
thanks
