Use the Thermochromic color as maybe a solid block of color over the name of the beer, then when you can read the name it's ready to drink!! 

I love it!

 

That's pretty badass.  I bet they aren't cheap though.  Maybe a good idea if you make a beer around the holidays for gifts or something of the sort.  That would be one bottle people wouldn't forget.
