Carbonation in a keg

So the first batch of beer tastes prety good. the carbonation is a bit low. i have seen the carbonation tables but those are tipically for 3 days and I am looking to get a faster fix.

would you kindly share some words on forced carbonation techniques. how high should the pressure be and for how long etc.

Thanks

Here is some info on kegging....

GOODBREWING......

Set you pressure to 25PSI, hook up to a chilled keg (as cold as you can get it).
The the gas flow through the OUT post until you here it stop.
Then disconnect, lay keg on its side in front of a chair.  Sit down and roll the keg back and forth with your feet, like you were trying to put a baby to sleep.
After 15 minutes, repeat the procedure.  Charge and roll.
You may do this three times, let the keg rest for 20 minutes, hook up and sample.

If the beer is over carbed, then you'll just burp a few times until it isn't.

i use the Absorption Method, it works well for me.

For the record, I don't use the high pressure shake method.
I choose my target CO2 volume.  I then apply CO2 pressure in a step wise fashion over the course of three steps over three days until I hit my set pressure.  I then let the beer rest for several more days at that pressure.

Works great everytime.
