Carbonation Tablets - Good or Bad?
Are carbonation tablets as effective or reliable as using the boiled priming sugar method?
I am not that familar with tablets, but I kno you can really control how much carbonation you have in your beer by adjusting the amount of priming sugar you use. I used a kit on my first batch, which came with 5oz of priming sugar, (which I used). But the carbonation is too high for my taste. So I should have cut back on the amount.
I'm not sure you can do this with tablets.
