Fast fermenting beer
I’ve used glass carboys from the beginning, and lately a few ’better bottles’. I’ve never used the ’spring water’ jugs that you see at the office. I’m sure there’d be oxidation in you did for long term storage- BUT: Could you use them as a ’way cheap’ fermented for fast fermenting beers? Would they leach any dioxins or other crap?
