Mold in Bottles

I use a spray attachment on my sink to clean the bottles out. I recheck the day of bottling, respray them all, then soak in sanitizer and fill. No problem. i use the sprayer for the carboys too, I do use a big carboy brush to get hte hard set stuff but. I might break down and get some PBW but not sure.

It felt like I did.........even worse since it was in a confined area too.......

 

I use bleach. Its cheap and super effective.  Just make sure that you rinse ithe bottles thoroughly and let them dry completely.



 

I also use bleach.  I find that rinsing is optional.  You might say it adds a clean taste to the beer  ;-)
