priming a corny for bottling
I boil 3/4 cup of corn sugar and let it cool. Just dump it in the keg with the beer and swirl it around a little. I just opened a bottle the other night and it was fine. Except now I am trying another way. I boil just under 1/4 cup of corn sugar in 12 ounces of water. Let it cool and add 1 ounce per bottle for a 12 pack. I still fill the bottles from the keg with just a few pounds of pressure but this way when I force carbonate the keg, there is no priming sugar in it also. But filling from a keg either way is extremely easy.
