Carbonation without yeasties?
I've been making some good ciders/cordials for a year now and am working on a peach with champagne yeast. My problem seems to be when I want to carbonate. adding sugar, there is suddenly yeast on the bottle of the 1 gallon jugs. Now, as a gift it's not too pretty. Please help. I want the carbonation but not the yeasties. Can it be done.
