I racked my cider a little early can I add more sugar and re-pitch yeast or do I have to live with it?
it has a balling scale of 10 and it is not producing any carbon dioxide. It as been two days since I racked it te first time and only time. Te apple pie was in the fermenter ten days and siphoned it off te yeast at bottom of carboy.
you won't need to repitch yeast and don't add more sugar
It'll ferment out in the secondary just fine
