Fruit Flavoured Schnapps
I remember seeing a carafe on someone's kitchen counter with fruit rinds or peels it it. I think it was some kind of schnapps that was aging.
That sounds pretty basic, but I was wondering if you should start with Alcool or vodka, and if there are general guidelines to follow. I assume the alcohol would stop the fruit matter from decaying?
