Looking for a good Cider recipe for the Spring . . . Please Help!!

Hey everyone,

Spring's right around the corner, and I wanted to make an attempt at a nice hard cider to keep the wheat beer that im making from getting lonely.  I want to make a full 5 gallons, and i'm looking for a dry, crisp cider (not too sweet), and i wanted to possibly add some rasberries to get that springtime feel.  Thanks alot.
