Moving cider fermenting for 3 weeks...
I was wondering if there would be any problem moving my cider which has been fermenting for about 3 weeks into a spare corny keg to condition for a couple more months... the keg would not be hooked up to any CO2 besides enough to just make a good seal.
If I am to do this, can I go ahead and add my apple juice concentrate to the keg and let it set (I've already put potassium sorbate in it to stop the fermentation)? I'd like to keep it in a secondary carboy, but I need to free one up soon for another batch.
