Pear Cider

I am thinking about trying to emulate a Pear Cider that I had in Europe called Rekorderlig. It is sweet and viscous enough that it is best served over ice, but not crazy sugary. It was very mildly carbonated.

Any good tips on where to start making a recipe that should yield some good results?
