Racking Cider?
Do i really have to wait after i rack or can i drink it? will anything happen if i just drink it?
How long does it have to sit after i rack it until its ready? And is it really necessary?
If it tastes good right now go ahead and drink it. Usually you will age cider to either clarify it or to let flavors mellow. If it is clear (enough for you) and the flavors are good then enjoy!
Its still pretty cloudy. So what does that mean? I tasted it and it was pretty good.
