Sulphur funk?
Just pulled my cider off the primary, and had a wee taste. Apple-y, not too dry, but OH MY GOSH! There's a suphur funk that kinda hangs around in the background - is that gonna come out in the secondary? How long will it take to mellow that out?

sulphur is generally a yeast byproduct, give it a couple of weeks in the secondary and re-sample, i'd bet it'll have cleared up...
