All Grain Brewing in Garbage Bags?
I realize I am a newbie, but I say go for it. When is the last time you saw a breaking news story about prisoners dying because of infected garbage bag hooch?
One of the reasons I have found love for homebrewing is the spirit of poineering. Not accepting what anyone puts in a commercial bottle and spend millions in advertising to tell me its good beer. Blaze your own trail webby, just please be sure to share photos.
Also I came up with some possible names for your brew.

On a side note, Thanks to all who post on this site. the guidance is excellent and I probably would have ruined several batches of beer if this site didn't save me.
The Heftyweizen is by far the best name, and should automatically dictate what style it should be.....besides, wheat ales are easy. And imagine the look on peoples faces when they ask why Heftyweizen after drinking it..and you tell them, Heftyweizen, like Hefty, as in Hefty garbage bags; that's what this beer was brewed in...................... Holy shit, I might piss myself laughing if I ever saw that happen!!!
