Boiling pot

I brew with extract and some steeped grains using a medium sized stainless steel pot. If I choose to go all grain or partial mash can I use a turkey fryer pot ( which all seem to be aluminum) or will that ruin the wort?

 

No they aren't and no it won't.
The frier comes with aluminum or stainless.  Depends on the price you want to pay.
Neither will ruin the wort.

 

Thanks! I will keep searching for the ss option then.
