Can anyone repair a regulator?

My CO2 regulator sprung a leak, I think.  Does anyone know how to fix it?  All the components inside look to be in good shape.  What happens is the gas leaks from a little hole (that is supposed to be there) in the housing.  If I cover it with my finger the outlet gague shoots up.  Is this a regulator problem or an outlet problem?  Possibly the gas hose is obstructed, but it looks clean, no kinks, i dunno, do you?  This all started when I borrowed my fridge and setup to some people to use at a hospitality room at a convention, which went over really well.  So the regulator bounced around  with the fridge in a trailer for a 2 hour one way trip. When I got it back it was having issues.

Yes that hole is supposed to be there for just this issue.  You will need to rebuild your regulator Muahahaha!
It's really much easier to do than you may think.
Google your regulator make and model to find a rebuild kit.  It will be inexpensive.  You should get an O-ring or two, maybe a blader and spring.  It's been a while since I've done mine.
Parts have a way of wearing out.

Good luck,
Wild
