CIP on Shank flares?

In getting the kegerator ready for next week, i'm having a hard time getting the tubing off my shank flares to clean them.  Didn't want to use CIP film if this is a normal thing, i'm worried about the pressure blowing out the tubing even with the clamps.

When I buy my beer line, I usually get an extra foot longer than needed in case I can't get it off the shank barb.  This allows me the ability to cut it off several times.  By the time I get to my minimum length, it's time to replace the tubing.  If it's difficult to get it off the shank barb, why are you worried about blowout?

no, i'm worried about blowout if I use the CIP.  I just want to be able to pull it off and clean it, i'm sure it will be fine with the CIP, but all I can think is a keg tube popping off the shank during the night, and having 5 gallons of beer on my floor.
