Glass Larger Bottles
Hi All,
Where can I buy glass Newcastle Brown Ale bottle's? I have tried my local nuclear sub, and they were not interested in selling any. Any advice would be welcome.
As a long time Brown ale drinker and only living 12-15 miles from where they brew it, I can tell you that a pub, off license or shop that sells Brown would probably sell you the bottles for 5 - 10p each and a £1 for the crate if you wanted it, that's all they get for them when they go back to the brewery or cash 'n carry (£1.60 for a full crate of empties)
where are you based? I can probably supply you with some if you're close enough.

I would just check with some of your local pubs or bars, and see if you can make a deal with them for their discarded bottles.
