Happy birthday to me!

My birthday was yesterday, thank you, thank you. So my buddy/neighbor who lives directly behind me (our backyards ajoin and we put a gate in the fence to just walk back and forth between houses) told me I had to come over right after work for my b-day present, his 8 year old daughter picked it out.

Well last weeks brewday she came over after school and saw my struggles w/ the 2 garden hoses to unwind and set up for the plate chiller. After hearing a lot of cussing and seeing water leaking all over the garage floor she decided there had to be something better and took it upon herself to suggest her parents buy me some coiled hoses she remembered seeing at Sears. They stretch out to 50ft each and coil to about 3 ft.

So thanks to Arianna, I now got these sexy looking hoses to hook up for friday's chillin- I am actually really excited, I dreaeded breaking out the hoses before.

Those are pretty handy.  I put one in milady's greenhouse (8 x 16).   We hung it on the wall & she can get to anything & just hang it back.  You shoulda heard the cussin' & complaining with a 25' regular hose all over the floor.

Smart/sharp kid. Better start planning now what your going to make when she hits twenty-one.

Let us know how they work out.
I was interested in the same thing recently.
How do you plan to keep the outlet hose uncoiled (stretched) out the garage door during the chill?

I have a chain link fence that boxes in the back yard that goes right up to the garage. So plan on stretching it out to the fence and clip it on the fence hole w/ a wire noose of some sort.

Hoses worked great, everything else today was rough.
