I have known the sadness
I have known the sadness of the favorite beer in the kegerator blowing foam. This was the Centennial house IPA, and it has quickly become a favorite of the neighborhood, becoming even more popular than the Maibock. It is a darker maltier IPA, but the all Centennial adds really make it have not just a hop presence, but a powerful hop presence without being overly malty.
It lasted 3 weeks, not bad. Oh well, time to make more. At least I can but the African Amber on tap now.
