Homebrewing guidebooks?
I used to read Dave Miller's Homebrewing Guide: Everything You Need to Know to Make Great-Tasting Beer. This books is best for beginners. It's also easy to understand compared to other books I've read. Try it!
The Brewmaster's Bible is pretty good as well. I would recommend The New Complete Joy of Homebrewing, first though. I though that Designing Great Beers was a good book, but a bit more geared towared the experienced brewer.
