Kegging

I'd buy your kegs first, plan on at least 3-4, then buy fittings and tubing, then decide if you want to build a kegerator or use a cobra, then start shopping for a fridge or something to convert to a kegerator.  It's a little pricey so adding parts and pieces a little at a time helps.  If you get some kegs you can fill them and age until you get the rest of the equipment.

It matters how you plan to drink and how often you plan to drink on what will be qickest strongest.

One tip, instead of using a fridge, try to get a chest freezer.  If you're able to find a slightly bigger one you will have room for any extra kegs you get OR you can use the extra room for lagering.

I only say this, because I currently have a full size fridge (the kind with freezer on top) and I'm actively looking for a chest freezer due to not being able to hold enough kegs and keep the temperature correct in the fridge.
