Mega Pot Sold by Northern Brewer.
I have been using the Mega Pot sold by NB. It is a
SS brew pot 10gal. I works great, does not burn or scorch.
The problem I found out the frist couple of times of use was
it is so effeiceint that the boil off was about 30%.(90min boil).
So If you are considering buying one. I highly recommend one.
It will last longer than you. But, make sure you account for about
10-15% more boil off than usual.

Do you mean the boil went quicker? Or you have to wait longer for the boil off? It sounds like I will have to wait longer for the boil off, because the pot is so efficient? I just got one of those pots. I will be using it for the first time tonight! I can't wait!
