$120 sounds about right for a brand new keg. But like Rph brewer said, reconditioned kegs go for $35 and those come cleaned, pressure tested and have new O rings. All the kegs I own have either been reconditioned by myself or my LHBS owner and I haven't had any problems.
Guess you makes cornelius kegs....
The IMI Cornelius Keg company

Good luck though, they normally sell hundreds at a time (if at all any more). I don't think they'll sell one by it self.
Used kegs are the way to go, just clean it and get a full O-ring set.
Used Kegs are just as good as long as you or your supplier changes the o-rings ect , remember that breweries re-use their kegs all the time .
I just had delivered today, 4 Corny kegs with positive pressure...$105 shipped total! Now that's a deal!!! They are used, and have some scratches, but the inside is clean and shiny, which is all that counts from I've seen.....
I just need to get the tanks, lines, and fittings..oh and a fridge to put them in.....I can't wait to come home and drink my own brew on draft!!!!
