New Toy!!!
Since I travel a good bit and spend time away from the house and my homebrewed beer, I purchased a new portable system so I could take it on the road with me and not have to unhook my home system or take a bunch of bottled beer.....I'll let you know how it works here in a month or so......I've got some dart party's and beerfest and a family reunion to try it out on....

Thats pretty cool. I've thought about carbonating my keg at home and getting one of William's little CO2 cartridges with the pressure gauge on them strictly for dispensing. Anyone try one of these?
I have the little keg injector system, which works real well if you drink it up in a day or two, but it losses pressure sometimes if you let it sit and those little cartridges can add up and it's also hard to keep an even PSI ......I'll still use it in a pinch but the new system is meant to replace it.......

I already have that, but only use it to purge carboys and kegs when racking off. The one I'm talking about uses the same cartridge but actually has a small regulator on it that you can supposedly set to the right psi for dispensing. The only time that I think this would be worthwhile would be on a camping trip or party away from home where you plan on draining the keg. I just hope it doesn't take too many cartridges throughout the course of an evening. I've got a Scottish party coming up in a couple of months and have no intentions of hauling my tank and regulator with me.
I seen that.....it takes the 45g CO2 cartridges.....I almost got it but I can get the paintball tanks filled right here close to home and don't have to worry about ordering the cartridges......
.....it was a thought though....it looks nice and compact....
