Nitro Rocks

Well this is my first keg of it. I carbed only on the nitro and it took a full 2 weeks to get to that level. I am not usually that patient, so next keg (coffe stout in primary) I will hit w/ CO2 for a day, then switch it over. I have another IBA on deck to brew tomorrow, I am thinking about nitro on that one too.

 

Congrats on the nitro system, it kicks ass! My dream right now is to have my Scotch Ale on a nitro tap.  Keep us posted on how the next one comes out using CO2 also. Cheers!
