Nitro Rocks

It has been 2 weeks since I first  hooked up, I didn't shoot any CO2, just nitro, disappointed because I wasn getting any cascading or tight head and I was carbing at 38psi.

Did some kegerator maintenace over the last 3 days, painted the whole thing coca-cola red, and blacked out the freezer door w/ chalkboard paint, kinda digging it.

So I was able to hook all the hardware back up last night and when I poured a stout, low and behold I got my cascade! Now I have to learn the clover leaf, my first few attempts looked more like an oak leaf.

Decent.  Can you force nitro a keg, or do you have to let it sit at a certain psi for a few days/a week?
