Super Cleaning a CF chiller
can I run PBW or Oxyclean through a CF chiller? I keep getting coriander spice from a belgian wit i made 3 batches ago, and Im thinking maybe the chiller is the culprit.

Of course you can run PBW through the chiller. In fact you should be.
Yes, running a cleaner through the CF chiller is a must. Perhaps to help get rid of the spice problem you could run cleaner through for a while then make a pot of boiling water and just recirculate through the CF chiller back into the kettle for a bit. This should rinse out most of the debris in there.
