Turkey Fryer Question (from Lowes)
If you can afford the extra cost, go Stainless, it is so much better than alum. check out cabelas.com for some nice S.S. fryers...
i keep getting pulled in different directions on the subject. Initially, I was anti-alum and bought a smaller s.s. brewpot. However, the guys at the LHBS all use aluminum and haven't had any problems to speak of. yarg

That's absolute hogwash. If your brew is that acidic then it is no longer beer (actually never was) and WILL make you ill.

Like I said read the argument....I did not think so till looking at all grain conditions an Al. If all you have is Al brew on...buuut if buying new stuff stainless is worth the extra imho
