What is your kegging setup?
So I finally got tired of bottling and bought all of my equipment to keg. I bought 2 5 gallon kegs, 20# CO2 tank, twin dual CO2 regulator, and 2 tap faucets. My question is more of just how you guys have your kegging systems setup? Any advice for me when I setup it all up would be greatly appreciated. I plan to put my taps in the side of my fridge and put everything else inside. Do you guys prefer to let the kegs carbonate naturally or do you force carb? Like I said before, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
My set up - two 5 gallon cornies, 5# Co2 tank, thermostat and digital thermometer hooked up to control precise temps. I force carbonate because it just easier, faster, and less expensive for me. You can't tell from the pictures, but my air tank is sitting on a shelf behind the kegs.

Honestly, I don't know. I am going to have to measure it and get back to you.
I was hanging out with a buddy one day and told him I wanted to build a keg fridge. He said he had a dorm fridge he was going to throw away in his basement. So, we grabbed a corny, made sure it fit, and then built the fridge.
I will take some measurements when i get home and let you know. Everything fits pretty tight in there. I would say there is about 3 inches of clearance above the kegs and NO wiggle room in the width - two kegs in there make for a very snug fit.
This is my setup:

The front is whiteboard dry-erase, so I can label each tap, and the neighbor's kids love to write graffitti on it.
I have a set of in-line QD's so I can switch out one of the corny gs and liquid lines and connect them to a sanke coupler to pour off of a commercial sanke. On the right bottom is a 20# tank for 3 of the lines, and above it is a 5# tank that is dedicated just to belgians so I can pour at higher vols. Behind that is a 10# Nitro tank with beer gas for the stout tap. Holds 5 kegs and all 3 tanks pretty well, If I tried hard I could stuff a sixth line in, but I dont want to go overboard.
Those are both nice setups. I was going to put my taps out the side of my fridge so I don't have to mess with the lines always in the way. Do you see a problem with doing it that way?

As long as you know where you refrigerant lines are then no, there should be any problem with that. The best thing about your home keg setup is that you can do whatever you want with it.
My kegging setup is currently 9 cornies arranged in a 3X3 square, holding up a piece of 1/4in plywood that I use for a table in the garage.
Very sad.

haha...not as bad as mine. I have 4 cornies, sitting on the kitchen floor...waiting for my lazy a$$ to rearrange the pantry and actually get a keg fridge....
