updated Rooster's too, he's my roommate.

As for brewing, I'm on deck for Saturday or Sunday.  I just hope the LHBS has the stuff I need, haven't purchased yet.

I will hopefully fire this up some night early next week.
I plan to do a large mash and use some for the Kolsch and a couple experimental brews.
30lb mash anyone?

Looks like she's finished off at 1.014.  So that makes a 4% ABV brew.  Right in there with a Kolsch.  In the bottle today and will sit at 48 degrees for a few weeks in the bottle.

Just took a gravity and tasted mine. reading was 1.012 so it's readt to bottle and I will be doing that Sunday. Tonight I will be preping the bottles.
Tasted very good.mmmmm drinkin the rest of the warm flat sample right now.
With OG at 1.045, alcohol content will be about 4.3%

In the primary yesterday and bubbling away.
OG came in at 1.044.

Used Pilsen DME
Hallertauer hops
Kolsch yeast
Plus the Wheat and Munich.

Cream ale went into another primary yesterday as well.

Bottled 4.5 gallons of the kolsch today. Leaving at room temp to carbonate (65 degrees). Will test a bottle mid week. Gotta practice quality control (hic)!

I did 28.5lbs for 10gallons of the oatmeal stout we did for fall, It completely maxxed out my 48qt tun, there was mash/wort oozing out the side when I closed the lid!!
