2row, 6row

Of the brewers I do know who do use 6 row (not too many, though), it is often with wheat beers.  They feel the extra enzymes help with conversion and the extra protein in the wheat.

 

Malted wheat has it's own enzymatic activity, and you could use it up to 75% of the total mash, so I don't see where 6-row would help.  6-row is much higher in proteins than 2-row, so I don't see that being an advantage either.
