All Grain Brewing
I used White Labs California for this batch. I now have a bunch of yeast that I harvested from the cake at the bottom of my primary. I am going to make a starter out of some of this, and use some of the Servomyces that I bought the other day. I am hoping this yeast turns out really strong, and really munches up the sugars. I am looking to hit something in the 5-6% ABV range next time. More like the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale alcohol content.
