All-Grain or Extract?
so far my extracts have been taking around 3 hours.
i'm jealous of all of you! my all grain brewing sessions take 8-10 hours every time! i know i am spending too long milling grains because my mill can only take 1 pound at a time, so thats one extra hour right there. and i am including clean up too. but as far as bringing the water to the right temperature, rests, sparge, and boil, it takes me 8 hours at least. i have thought about how to reduce this, and just cant find any shortcuts to take.
Sounds like you're using a corona mill.
What size batches are you brewing Icky?
