Anyone ever make a Tea Beer

I just found this awesome tea and I am thinking of making a beer with it. I am not quite sure about when to add and how much to add. Its a strong cherry rose tea. lets say i'm making a 5 gallon batch what are some methods anyone has used and how much tea did you add. What were the results. Would you add more or less if you did it again?

I am making a hibiscus beer this weekend.  I am planning on adding the Hibiscus at flameout for color and flavor.   The recipe calls for 5 min but i think I'll add at flamout and I was thinking about saving 1/2 for secondary.

Point is toss, it in at the end of the boil and see what you get.  Don't think that I would put it in any sooner than 5 minutes out for fear of it becoming to bitter.   I really like the red color that I get from the Hibiscus.  just a slight sweet fruity taste.  Unless you add a lot you are not going to get much taste from it.

to me tea flavors would go best with a lighter flavor beer.   Or to add some complexity to something more flavorful.  Well, I guess i am wandering in circles now.  so I'll be quiet and have another homebrew.  coconut porter  deeeeelicious!

I've used chamomile at flame out in a wit before.  I dont remember how much off hand but it was around 10 tea bags emptied and added loose.  It was very subtle but very good.  I imagine this work well in the secondary as well.
