Big Brew Day

Big brew day falls around the same day as the anniversary of when our club 1st formed, so every year we host a big brew day event. I didn't brew anything at it this year, but I did get some free yeast from Weyerbacher. They sponsored the event & gave us 5 gals of yeast so we can have a little comp w/ the various beers brewed w/ it.
The link up top goes to a vid that my Iron Brewer partner made for the video contest. I was gone by the time he got there, so I don't make an appearance in the vid. Views & likes of the video would be appreciated. Feel free to share the link.

Thanks. I'd agree with the assessment that it's an awesome club, but I'm just a little bit biased. We are one of the larger & more active clubs in the Philadelphia area. I think that we have over 200 registered members with an average of 30-40 who show up to meetings regularly. If there's a special guest speaker or event we can have many more show up.

The club doesn't charge anything for membership, all you need to do is sign up on the website to become a member. T-shirt sales help to fund the club, so anyone (non-members too) can order shirts & other gear from our website. I think we use a different printer for the Big Brew Day shirts though, so you either had to be at the event or you need to attend this month's meeting to buy one. I plan on buying mine at the meeting this month.
