Bottom Fermenting vs. Top Fermenting
I got a question for all you experienced home brewers. I am going to start my first brewing session in a few weeks and am working out the planning process. I have been reading a bit on bottom fermenting and top fermenting and understand some of the basics of the process - what I want to know from you is which one you prefer, and which one you think would be easier for a newbie like me to try.
