Brewing in Seattle Take II
Well.....I'm gonna run with this rye recipe then.....
We'll split it up at my house.

I'm down.. I can be there shortly after if not by (depends on finding my way properly and getting ready fast enough.)
I figured I'd float the extract as my third of production costs if that's copacetic with both of you guys.

Bring some beers to sample and somethin to munch on. If we all do that, we should be good to go.
It's shaping up that there will be 5-7 of us depending on if the people who said they would come are actually gonna come. Only 4 brewers though.

so i have been busy as all get out recently, this is my busy season. the recipe looks good, i am down with the rye. i think the pseudo lager idea is tip-top, i would relaly like to taste how this rye affects the nuances of the flavor profile.
i'll bring brew and food, and cash. i think we should just divide the cost of the ingredients by all the brewers involved. whatever is decided is fine with me.
i'll be there at 9 AM. will you PM adam and i with your digits, yo? i have adams, and i'll PM youse guys with mine. with the beautiful warm day that is forecasted, we are going to need some brews to cool our jets.
i've got assorted hops, if we need anything let me knwo and i'll bring them with me.
i picked up another 18 lbs of clover honey for another mead, so if we need honey for this brew i can bring over.
i think i can spare a pound or two.

I got all the stuff yesterday including 3 pounds on Orange Blossom honey......my fav...
They didn't have the yeast I wanted so I went with the Pacific Northwest Ale yeast. I understand this is the yeast of Manny's or very close. i thought that crispness would be good. Also, this yeast prefers 67 ferment, which I can provide.
Sweet....everything is set then. We have two propane bottles so we can run the BBQ and the Banjo Bayou "holy shit that things's hot" outdoor cooker.
My buddy is also bringing a keg of his homebrew, although that stuff will knock you on your ass so be careful.

should we bring gifts to bribe the missus? if she starts in on you over that hose at 9 AM, it will be a long day.

The more the merrier I say, but if she gets squirrely about hosing, she may get tossed in the fridge to cool off 
no, the lil' missus is going to brunch and then shopping with her sister.
