Brewing in Seattle Take II
OK Guys,
So the 17th is in 2 weeks. I am still a go for big brew day and nothing will stop that.
How are you guys lookin?
If we are all a go, we should start some prelim planning. I am mainly talkin about deciding what to make so I can aquire the jazz needed to the situation.
Sure thing! I'm totally in for the 17th.

I will be able to have two propane bottles. One for the Bayou Classic "come get some" burner and the other for the grill so we can cook flesh.
I am thinking we do 15 gallons. 10 all grain and 5 extract. I think Adam had said something about bringing his setup, but I'm not so sure about 3 batches......
We'd have to start at 6AM if we were gonna pull that off.
I suppose we could also think about 2 10 gallon all grains....that might work.
Thoughts?
Crap! We Massachusetts guys haven't started our first session and the Seattle guys are planning their second!
^^^
Don't fret bro......our first one fell through. This is the second attempt at the first session.
I suppose we don't NEED to brew three different beers at once... We can save that for our three-day labor day brewing bender 8)

Where is the reply from Dan?
Yo.....were you be's?
Maybe all three of us should get together for a hour or so prior to the event. What do you think?
i will be ther eon the 17th, though the woman has scheduled an engagement at 7pm so i will have to take off for that.
i am down for the 10-gallon all grain and a 5-gallon extract. too much and we will just end up brewing 20 gallons of mediocre beer. especially once we get to grilling up brats and drinking brews....
I'm down for a quick pre-brew get-together.... It'll probably need to be friday, though.. I'm pretty busy the next few weeks.

Well.....I'm cruisin by your crib Friday anyway....what are the odds of Dan bein able to swing by too?
