Burton Ale yeast strain...WLP023
Anyone use it? I was thinking of using it for a Special Bitter I came up with, but I heard that it may have some pear to it. I don't want pear in a bitter......
.....any ideas or suggestions?
I really really like wy 1968, haven't used WL yet, but for a bitter that would be the one I would turn to. What's wrong with pears?
I like pears...I just didn't think they should be in a bitters profile....maybe I'm wrong, are they supposed to pear-ish?
