Christmas Beers
What's your plan for Christmas guys? What's the best Christmas beer for you?
Hopefully my holiday spiced ale! I am not sure, but I think it will taste similar to a Sam Adams winter.
There's a local brewery here (Summit Beer) who has a great Winter ale. I have found, though, that it is much better on tap than from the bottle, but it is a great Christmas beer.
Have you tried Schlafly Christmas Ale?
If you're looking for a beer with all of the traditional yuletide flavors, this is it. Schlafly adds cloves and orange peel to this medium bodied ale. This beer says "Christmas" in a very straight forward way. What do you think?
Never had that brew, but sounds good! I have been a big fan of Harpoon Winter Warmer lately
The ale I have in the fermenter now is complete with orange peel, ginger, and cinnamon. Yummy.
