Community Brew Part Deux!!

Vote total so far:

IPA = 3

Spring seasonal = 2

IPA = 4

Would you think 46 IBU is high or low for an IPA? How about 50 IBU?
Can you give me an idea of a brew that might be that high?
And don't tell me you can't go to high with an IPA, I know that.
I'm working own my own IPA.

Never mind found this. This is at 65 IBU got to go , I love southern tier IPA
Now if only the dang bottles didn't have the twist off lids. IBU's gotta go up.

I'm in.  I vote for a Spring Seasonal.  Being from VT, I've been wanting to do a maple beer of some sort.

IPA = 4
Spring Seasonal = 3

I just read about some spring maple porter where they substitued maple syrup for water in their boil. Seems like it might make it very sweet but who knows. Sounds interesting, something I've definitely never thought of doing.

A maple porter? That sounds fantastic... that might be a good starting point for a spring seasonal if it gets voted in!

Maple, honey, oak? mmm

My vote would be a nice big hoppy full flavored and highly aromatic IPA!  I'd also be in for a IIPA or even a Triple IPA (Belgian Triple and an IPA recipe combined)...

DT

My vote would have to go to a spring seasonal though mostly because I have a Double IPA in my secondary right now.
