Differences between maltsters
Has anybody looked into the differences between the various maltsters around? I usually by what my LBHS has around, but another shop not too much futher away offers several choices of the same grains. Can anyone tell the difference?
I think there are some differences. I really like the Crisp Maris Otter, I've tried others and haven't been impressed. I think it really depends on what beer you're making. A 100 IBU IPA doesn't show many differences.
